  • 100 ml (about 1/3 cup) Quality BBQ Sauce
  • A few sprigs of Fresh Rosemary
  • ½ a loaf of Ciabatta or Stale Bread
  • 40 g (about 1.5 oz) Cheddar Cheese, optional
  • Fat-free Natural Yoghurt, to serve
  • Sea Salt and Black Pepper, to taste
  • Water, as needed
