  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (about 15ml)
  • Ground cinnamon, for dusting

How To Make Hot & Crispy Ice-Cream Parcel

  1. Warm the tortilla: Warm the tortilla in a non-stick frying pan on medium heat for 20 seconds, then remove.
  2. Prepare the banana: Peel the banana, halve it lengthways, and place cut side down in the pan.
  3. Assemble the parcel: Spread the Nutella in the center of the tortilla, place the scoop of ice cream on top, then fold in the sides of the tortilla to cover the filling.
